Your Responsibilities... 

  • Leading the EHS-Network in the Cluster, includes staffing and education responsibilites also as technical support and guidance regarding policies.
  • You´ve to support on implementing a long-term plan and strategy for EHS performance in your region.
  • Management and application of health and safety issues and standards.
  • Establish a Return on Experience. Responsible for the quality of accidents/incidents analysis when occurring and REX reports and communication of those REX reports.
  • Management of health and safety and improvement plans.
  • You´ll support and project delivery of tender processes with EHS related issues and ensure EHS standards are applied.
  • Ensure and monitor Compliance to all relevant country statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements.
  • You´re the responsible person to ensure the quality of the EHS reporting, performance measurements and reviews and have to visit regularly manufacturing sites, project- and production sites and offices to identify risks and issues.

Your Profile...

  • Completed University Engineer or Business Degree
  • Recognized Health-, Safety- and Environmental-Qualification at diploma or university level
  • EHS-Auditor and completed training for „Österreichische Sicherheitsfachkraft“
  • Six-Sigma-Training and/or Certification with Green or Black Belt desirebale
  • Many years of professional experience in a similar position preferably in an industrial environment or within the construction sector, as well as experience and knowledge in employee management desired
  • Good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 and ISO 45001 certifications
  • Ideally also good knowledge in the area of LEED certification
  • You are communicative and organized with good computer skills
  • English and fluency in German to communicate with the authorities

Our customer offers an attractive salary package for this position starting at € 4,500 gross per month, overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience.
